I haven't paid any money and I have an epic vault. Bethesda really knocked it out of the park w/ their F2P model here. it's the kind where I'm willing to consider spending money.

I don't get it. Gamers demand 60 FPS and claim that devs aren't willing to make sacrifices for it. Now, devs are making sacrifices to reach 60 FPS and Gamers complain due to a loss of split screen and graphical downgrade. FPS Devs just can't win unless they include 1080p, 60FPS, and split screen.
At the end of the day, it's about making a profit, but it's very good to see a mutual respect (and what seems to be mutual liking) between the two of them.

I was in the same boat as the writer of this article. I was convinced that Bungie would make a great game, but instead, they just stuck a casino into the game via rng. I agree with Joe Vargas' (AngryJoes) assessment of the game when he bluntly calls it a "gambling simulator with good shooting mechanics." Bungie's apology is pathetic at best.
