I'm happy they announced this title. The Twisted Metal series was one I was hoping would come to the PS3 sometime soon because I've always enjoyed playing the games. It one of those just pick up and have some fun kind of games, which is something you need once in a while. Online is going to make this game, while the single player is probably going to be more for unlocking vehicles. Nothing is better than ridiculously over the top car combat with your gaming buddies.
lol quite a few people share that sentiment. I've never heard of Funcoland and the like though. Personally Gamestop works for me because convenience so I'm stuck with them until I find an alternative, although apparently Amazon has some Prime promotion for students so that might work.
