Sure, there will continue to be levels that suck and levels with inappropriate material but people are limited to having five levels published at a time. Whether or not that number will increase when the full game comes out is unknown. The fact that the limit is in place means that people will initially make crappy levels but as they learn how to use all of the tools and get new better ideas, their old crappy levels will be replaced by new better levels. Percentage wise, the amount of good...
Microsoft China's Retail Services Manager also mentioned an asian version of FFXIII. Then it got shot down. That SCEE exec whatever his name is said that Mirror's Edge was a timed exclusive on PS3. Then it got shot down. My point is, it may be true and it may not be but don't assume something is 100% just because a rep so far away from the big wigs tells you something.
That supposedly slim console was at most one half inch thinner than the other one and it was the same width and same depth. Do you really think Microsoft is going to make a huge deal like this for a console that is one half of an inch thinner?
Well, then I guess one can conclude that it's not only available for Europe but also South Africa and, by association, other regions as well.
That is a South African PS3 community. Where in the world did they get the idea that the beta is for Europe?
I can definitely confirm this. Checked my email this morning and had the invite code.
That is how an article from a professional writer should sound. So many of these other video game sites with their deplorable grammar and unbiased opinions should take some notes off of this guy. Incredible article.
It's not the fact that the DVD size limitations directly correlate to degraded graphics. It's the fact that id didn't want to pay for an extra disc. If anything, it's Microsoft's insatiable appetite for money and a companies unwillingness to pay those fees that is affecting the graphics of Rage and undoubtedly future 360 games.
Yeah...it totally makes more sense to have 500 Batmans running around or 500 Supermans running around. Licensing issue with Midway?? Midway doesn't own the rights to Batman or Superman so why would it be a licensing issue with them?
That would be pretty futile. Announcing a major game title in a country where 360 sales are laughable wouldn't make any sense. If anything I could see them announcing it at their own conference or at Leipzig.
Since you are obviously very intelligent, made apparent by your amazing skill involving replacing the letter s with the @ symbol, I'm going to tread lightly here. It took them 10 years to get their act together because it was 10 years since the game was first pondered until it finally will be coming out. Don't be so offended by a comment that clearly has nothing to do with you personally. I'm sorry I so deeply insulted a company so much so that you felt you needed to lash out at someone.
Even if it did take them ten years to develop they wouldn't come out and admit it openly. So instead of saying that it took them ten years to develop, say that it took them ten years to get their acts together and finally get the game out.
Octagon's computer....Otacon's computer.
What kid will ever want to learn to be a real plumber, when learning to play a fake one is so easy?
Just using Mario as an example. Oh look, another example.
What kid will ever want to pick up a real football, when learning to play with a fake one is so easy?
Same link ruibing posted, http://www.ff-xiii.net/inde... says this:
Nomura: "Versus" is taking time being developped because the team is trying to explore the whole specs (of the PS3). Our programmers were asking, "is it okay if we program it as a PS3 exclusive? If you're thinking of porting it to other consoles, we might have to change the specs to follow suit the other...
Of course they would say that since there wouldn't have been a previous version to let people know that it wasn't that great of a game. They also wouldn't complain if that was the case because it wouldn't be a game that had been out on another platform for an entire year already. What you just said is completely obvious to anyone with any reasoning skills.
I don't want to play it after watching that video and seeing the cheesy bad guys especially the really androgynous lookin...
He doesn't think LBP belongs on the PS3 platform...that makes absolutely zero sense.
I completely agree with this rating. I said it before when the demo came out and I'll say it now, this game was very poorly made.
You can get shot at a red light anywhere. I've spent 25 years of my life driving through downtown Atlanta and nothing has ever happened. Unless you go to somewhere like MLK Boulevard you aren't even going to see a mugging let alone get mugged yourself.
So force everyone who wants to use GoogleTV on their PS3 to use wireless networking?
