Amazon has a valid and factual point. It's MS' call, though. ESO players will be doing the same. MS believes in it's online service and what it offers. I respect them for that but my respect isn't going to get the money out of my wallet...yet, anyway.
While I agree Jay Wilson wrecked the direction of D3 and ruined launch; I also believe the game has turned around a good deal. I have no doubt it was a humbling experience. I'm not a huge fan of Activision or the new Blizz( where's my 90s Blizz? Even early to mid 2000's) But i've still got a bit of faith in their ability to polish games based on outstanding IPs.

Agreed. We're all capable of forming our own opinions on everything in life. It's really fun to do. In fact, I havn't played Infamous OR Titanfall and I have strong opinions on both based on my previous gaming experience, tastes, game play videos, reviews; I get the last say.

There must be SOME plot, across all genres. At the very least, a basic outline to the "story" and/or purpose of the game. Some games don't really need a plot. However, if we look at "blockbuster" titles; they have plots. Some are lackluster, predictable and bland but others are nuanced and fascinating while others are predictable and nuanced or any combination of those adjectives.
They all cater to a certain crowd. Judging things by "research"...

Before I start researching; what is SO? Quantum Break will be Order-esque(tps cover, trade history artsy for bullet time/live action artsy.) We know Halo is Halo which will sell and probably be my reason to purchase unless I get completely swamped by Destiny. Not sure about Fable Legends. It seems pretty close, minus indies which can change things dramatically.
