No fighting game has unlockable characters anymore, it waste peoples time and it's stupid.
I think they'll release with the Japanese version of the game, since Kat's popularity has really caught on in Japan and they only have on representative (Toro) in the game. There thought was that they'd delay it in Japan and give them those two with the game.
