There's 2 ways about this, either include another accessory like a nunchuck type controller, or use your right hand for aiming, make a shape like gun while your the thumb on your left hand acts as a joystick to control character movement, but only if natal is that good.

I have an original just beside me which I bought not too long back after seeing what all the hype was about, when I finally got online the game did not suit me at all, it's not that great of a game, but I can see the appeal in it.
