I think everyone is misinterpreting the article? I'm not having a go about the size of the HD not being the norm or that future 2TB's won't be available in white and I'm definitely not Microsoft slamming.
My point is that Microsoft have a console that is red hot and selling out and rather than ship more consoles and capitalize on this they simply say that they won't be shipping more and that they are happy for people to buy the cheaper versions later d...
I know it may be a bit early but I hope Ron Gilbert takes to the stage and announce they have the Monkey Island license back and a sequel is under way.
Solid? Yes. Great? No.
PS Plus does seem to be ever spiraling into the realms of mostly indie titles per month. Not having a go at indie titles, there are tons out there that are much better than retail games but it wouldn't hurt Sony to start throwing in some proper AAA titles sooner than later. Gonna guess a big announcement coming around E3 for some of the earlier PS4 games to come through.
A review from CEX? No offence but I trust this review as much as I would trust Adam Johnson outside a secondary school on a hot summers afternoon.
Usually my predictions are way off and can be passed off as ramblings in the same vein as those random homeless drunk people spouting off about how the worlds going to end.
I was dead right about this one.
Yep I really liked Black Flag and there is no way it should be on this list.
If you want to put an Assassin's Creed game on this list then it has to be Assassins Creed 3 because compared to 2 it was dreadful.
Really liking it so far, I even like the Batmobile sections that the majority of people seem to dislike.
@CorndogBurglar
You sir are absolutely right, the DLC is $40 in the U.S.
Which also means that the UK is getting screwed over as the cost for the DLC should be roughly £25!
@Jmanzare
It's £40 NOT $40. Going on current exchange rates that makes it $63 which makes it even more ludicrous.
As for not knowing what we're getting you're right, but Luke Smith practically gives us an insight on what to expect and frankly it doesn't seem worth the money.
Yeah the article actually explains the whole Bond issue. Back then it was Activision and Nintendo that stopped MS and Rare from releasing Goldeneye HD. Activision no longer hold the Bond rights and Nintendo are a little looser then they were 7 years ago.
As for Diddy Kong Racing and Starfox Adventures, why not? Like the article say's if the games were released on both systems whats the harm?
Here's hoping that we may one day get a proper remaster of Goldeneye and not that cack that Activision dumped onto consoles a few years back.
As long as this doesn't lead to EA releasing a load of old sports titles like FIFA Road to the World Cup 06 then I'm cool with it.
Hopefully with Sea of Thieves Rare go back to being the great developer they once was, you know before they were forced to make games for the Kinect.
Nah definitely no Crackdown, Scalebound or Quantum Break at E3. Been confirmed that they will next appear at Gamescom in August.
The Bethesda show got me really excited for what me might see today from Xbox. With so many big games pushed to Gamescom I really hope Microsoft have some kick-ass new IP's to announce.
I’ve got no problem with the idea as playing as a female in a video game. In fact I have enjoyed several games where a female was the main character/s.
Just off the top of my head Resident Evil 0/1/2/3/CV, Tomb Raider, Wet, Perfect Dark, Metroid, Syberia, Eternal Darkness, Beyond Good & Evil, Dino Crisis, Kameo, The Last Us, Mirrors Edge, No One Lives Forever, Primal, Remember Me, Silent Hill 3.
Personally I think there should be more of them and I don’t...
Its because they had no competition back then, nowadays you have the likes of Driveclub, Gran Turismo,Forza, Forza Horizon, Grid, Dirt to compete with. Let Ghost Games make this and allow Criterion to get back to making Burnout and we shall see which sells better.
Umm I don't think you meant to reply to me, my point was that console gaming is going nowhere and I actually agree with all the points you bring up.
I don't believe they are, console gaming has a long way to go before it gets replaced. I personally can't stand playing games on mobile for a long period of time, give me a controller and a big screen TV any day.
Really impressed with the visual upgrades on the games I've played. Pleased that I upgraded.
