Time someone made a fuss about this.
I am more inclined to believe love as activision has been involved in a lot of shady crap lately.
That Sony originally touted this as a way to offset the price of a $600.00 console.
If a player logs into his PlayStation 3 account on a friend's system, he can download any game he has already purchased. "You can send that content to four other friends for that initial investment," said Tretton. "We want to get the game in as many hands as possible."
"It's not about generating profits at each and every interaction with the consumer," h...
"Before I go any further with this review, let me make it known SOCOM Confrontation is my first experience with a SOCOM game".
Having never played any of the other games in the series you do not see the serious lack of features that were stripped out of this game. Things that were present in the first game almost 8 years ago. Even the character animation and overall gameplay suck compared to these first games.
This game is a failure that went away from all ...
Those Beta players are just godawful shots.
I wasn't offended at all.
When Kotick gets his way and all games start costing $80.00 to $90.00 dollars US.
Check another one of your e-mails. We all were sent the e-mails to the original PS Underground mailboxes. They kind of messed up when they merged with the PSN.
G.A.P. members are being invited now. I just checked with all of my clan mates who are members and they all got in.
Socom?
Getting screwed over and remaining loyal. This has to be the quintessential definition of a Fanboy
about this. So many of my friends already refuse to buy games on release if there is no multi-player component. Opting instead to wait until the price drops or they can find it for half off on e-bay. If the online sales were to totally eclipse the single player sales it is conceivable that the publishers would opt to just make games online only, eliminating the single player game entirely.
I saw it being used with jeeps before. Interesting.
any proceeds that these athletes receive (If this litigation actually works) cause them to become ineligible to continue playing at the collegiate level?
Those guy's just realized how much money that they were losing by not developing on the PS3. Nothing more nothing less. What do you think that we are supposed to do? Give them praise because they are finally willing to port there old ass games over to the PS3.
Do me a favor don't develop for the PS3. I won't be buying your games anyway.
This game shouldn't even have been called Socom since So much of the original gameplay was taken out. It only averages 10,000 players on a Friday night which is pathetic for one of the biggest last gen online games.
I really wish that they would just give up and put this game out of it's misery. I hope Sony has learned it's lesson and keeps this game as far away from Slant 6 possible. The Socom nation deserves a first rate developer for the next installment. Not a bunch of clown...
Will I buy a game from Slant six.
Actually pledging to nickel and dime us to death on all of their upcoming titles.
TVersity do this for free?
Very much.
