Vivi is the definitely a cutsey marketable character like a Grogu, Cosmo or Bumblebee for new audiences, even though he has complexities. This could be amazing.

Wouldn’t make sense financially. 1 game would involve a mammoth amount of development time and a gamble to say the least. Making one part of the game and seeing if it makes $$$ gives reason to justify making a part 2 and 3 and make more money too.

Definitely would love to see a 2nd sequel. It would be cool if Ellie was now a full grown adult and 15+ years have past. We play as her and another character similar to how they did it in Part 2, perhaps Ellie ends up becoming the antagonist.
Ideally they make a new IP first then come back to this, I wouldn't mind something new from Naughty Dog first That way you could also really feel that Ellie has aged with the time between the two games. Odd example but I felt like...
