What genre is he talking about? Cause I've seen alot of this before. Only thing new and exciting about AW, is its incredible environments, realistic lighting effects, and interesting story...

Origami Killer = Clown
Usually some hands on time, a pretty in depth gameplay video and features list help me decide.
MAG for example, I read what it offered, and it interested me alot. Watched some gameplay videos and beta peaks, about that time I knew what to expect. After playing the beta/demo, I've decided not to get it.
Bayonetta on the other hand, I've been following intermittently, I knew what to expect from the developers, watched some awesome vids, played the awesome demo, so I'v...
It "captures" 30 frames per second.
More so thanks to HDMI 1.4 working with 1.3
Because the 360 uses HDMI 1.2, its not able to work with 1.4 features.
No 1.4 means no 3D.
3D viewing has nothing to do with disk storage... its a image displaying method. The real contributes to this tech is the PS3s signal output, HDMI 1.4, the TV and of course, the glasses.
They will be using the active shutter glasses tech. Which will make it clearer than polarization. Both tech exist now in alot of different stuff, its just a matter of which will become standard.
FYI, right now most 3D theater movies use polarized lenses.
Their 1080p/120hz tv's with added polarized screen.
BAM. There it is.
I love the new PS3 boxart layout they switched too, old design looked a bit tacky.
is good times. I attended the 06 and 07 show, saw a lot of cool tech and a few unreleased games. Seeing Crysis in all its glory a full year before its release blew my mind...
Because I've played COD4 with 100+ players on the PC, and Battlefield games with around 150.
It has been done by the modding community, but I'm talking a console release, with a focus on the online architecture. That of course is a step forward.
The rest of the game? Not so much...
Graphics look ok, it forced 720p which can cause terrible scaling issues. If you uncheck 720p in your PS3 settings, the game renders differently and outputs in 1080p, this completely fixes any issues with aim-lag. Textures are sharp, but nothing really stands out with the game, except the overdone grain effect. WTH is up with that?
Animations are nothing special, kind of expected from Zipper, but at the same time, its not expected from a PS3 game. Some guns don't even eject bulle...
...
:D
If the games suck, the tech will fail.
Now, ask yourself this question, have we really seen enough of either to judge them already? Most of Sony's tech demos have been done before, and Microsofts tech demos were proven to be laggy, or just plain fake.
I would have both.
Had both. One broke. End story.
I would care if say... doctors or something were addicted.
But celebs? Who gives a ****, they spend the whole day waiting to shoot 5 to 20 minutes of "acting", they need something to keep their mind off their latest publicity stunt tabloid garbage.
The game is good, don't get me wrong... but anyone else find their site layout a little bit fishy? Its completely plastered in one big Bayonetta ad...
Lets not forget this is Gamespot people, the same site that had the whole Kane and Lynch fiasco...
I'll take a non-gaming friend's review of games over thier junk any day...
That wall of text is garbage.
A PS3 with HDMI 1.3 or 1.4 with the proper TV, will run games or movies at 1080p24fps or 720p60fps (both NTSC)
The only reason Greenberg is mouthing off about 3D, is because the 360s current HDMI version, 1.2, is incompatible with 1.3 and 1.4 features.
