This was the same guy who gave Ghost of Tsushima a 5/10 so in comparison Horizon:FW is a masterpiece.
If I were to download the digital edition which features both gen version and install the PS4 version of the game onto my PS5, would I then be able to play with my friends on PS4?
Agreed. Was mega excited to play DQ11 and just didn't see what the hype was about personally. Just found it really plain.
The gaming community nowadays don't even debate about actual games anymore it's just if its 4k and 60fps. It's a sad state of affairs.
It's probably the least Ubisoft open world Ubisoft have done. It's not overly big and doesn't take long to get from one place to another. It's still packed full of collectables and puzzles but not all of em are required to finish the game or even get the platinum trophy.
Story is basic but fun and the characters and voice acting is top notch.
I just bought it because it was cheap but ended up being one of my surprise games of the year.
Series S is great as a Gamepass/xbox exclusive machine especially for only £20 a month all included. I bought one for this reason and a PS5 as my main console to play all the newer, flashier releases.
Finally some sort of feature for this. Being playing around 20 hours and I'm loving it. Sad that it's not getting the attention it deserves.
Last of us 2 proves everyone gets salty over the most ridiculous things.
I don't think they meant smaller sections as in shorter games. I think they mean smaller sections of the story in the same size games as part 1.
I think they want to go in as much detail as they can no matter where you visit so there's no point in them putting lots of effort into making Costa Del Sol for example if you're only going to spend 5 or 10 mins there.
So instead of rushing through all the places like you did in the original, which wa...
It literally tells you on the back of the box or on the description on the store.
More than deserved. Amazing game and probably the best 'remake' I've played. Love seeing the characters and the story unfold in a bigger more telling setting.
Can't wait to see what happens in the future installments
Your MP does regen if you're not using it in battles though.
In all honestly you get your levels upto 50 in no time and most fights don't seem any different from normal, you can beat them without the need for magic apart from the odd cure now and again and by the time a big boss rolls up you've got more than enough MP.
It's the big bosses where the Hard Mode really kicks in buts still really fun.
I find it hard to believe that people, especially 'journalists' didn't know it was only up until that point. For the last few years it's been pretty well documented its only part 1. And like someone else said the back of the box clearly states its only Midgar.
There's 26 Optional side quests or 24 in a single playthrough. Wouldn't exactly call that bloated with content for an rpg. Sure some of the quests are generic but the monster quests come with decent rewards and the cat hunting quest introduced you to a character which has a small if non essential part to the story later.
I think a couple of hours outside of the main story never hurt any rpg
Yep, in third person 👍
That's what 'some people' wanted, some people actually wanted what they're giving. Sure the parts thing is a bit of a setback but there are loads of people looking forward to this. You want the original with just better graphics, get it on PC with mods and leave the people who want this complete remaking of it to enjoy it.
Great news. Wasn't a big fan of Origins but I am absolutely loving Odyseey. Kassandra especially is a great character and the in game choices really make a difference for the series. Hopefully the next one, be it Vikings or in Japan will be even better. They've got a tough game to follow. Definitely my runner up GOTY slightly behind GOW.
It wasn't Cody Rhodes who said it. It was a member of the production team called Cody.
I'm playing performance mode and have absolutely no problems whatsoever.
The shimmer for me was fixed in the last patch.
