The game is definitely gonna release on PS4, but I wouldn't be surprised if PS5 gets a seriously beefed up version of TLoU Part II at launch or little bit later.
Interesting concept, but I'm affraid that Green Arrow is too niche of a hero to be the protagonist of an AAA title. Still, it was fun to mess with him in Injustice 2.
