i don't plan to use my Credit card with Sony anymore...poor customer communication...cant be trusted now...will have to make all further transactions with tiger blood until they regain my confidence.. hacks will always happen..that's not what bothers me..it was a bad call on their part...their system failed...but unless they are going to call my bank and take care of everything for me..they should have least relayed the situation better so i could have sooner. no winners here....fata...

it some people think a revamped system with cross game chat in game music better internet browser..etc will make things ok...seems some people have more to lose from compromised financial information then others...or no concept of money..so you might as well start charging for the service..it might pay for some decent management...proactive security...lots of coffee for public relations
