Thats Friggin badass. I play iracing a lot and have been waiting for this one. They don't seem to have the sponsor banners trackside (who cares), and the track is much more "rubbered in", But the car models look amazing. You could see actual tire deformation. I gotta get it.

I agree with you, I too think Gears should have been on there. That was the first wow factor I got from this gen too. It really brought the whole cover system to new level. Now nearly every shooter has copied it.

I absolutely love SimBin's racing sims. Yea they don't have Forza and GT car counts, or customization options. But as an avid SCCA club racer, I deeply appreciate the level of physics they apply to the car control and racing itself. To me the Audi R18 TDI is one of the most beautiful racing machines ever built. I rank it right there next to the Porsche 962s and Porsche GT1 Evos. Just amazing engineering.

SimBim's PC racing sim are awesome. As someone who races multiple classes in the SCCA, I can tell you their sims are some of the best at recreating the feel of a real race car. As long as you have the right setup, the GTR series is really pretty good. It may not have the kind of fun factor as GT5 or Forza 4, but it's meant to be a more hardcore sim. I was just thinking about my old Turbo, I still have it. I was just thinking about when I got it, it was the last sort of magical Christmas I remember as a kid. I got it Christmas of 1990. It's kind of sad, my TurboGrafx-16 is most likely older than a large percentage of the users on N4G lol. Sad but true. I'm getting old. I'm going to have to fire up the old girl for nostalgia. I concur with you. F355 Challenge was touched by Yu Suzuki, and this is Need for Speed. But who knows, we might get lucky with this one. Maybe the team that made Ferrari's F1 simulators will advise them a bit. That would be cool. We will just have to wait and see right.
What do you think it took to get the license from Turn 10 if their really the ones who have it?
I thought I had read that Turn 10 had the rights to Ferrari. So I thought it was kinda strange they let them use Ferrari for an entire game, when EA blocked Forza 4 from having Porsche. Maybe Turn 10 worked out a deal for a future DLC Porsche pack for Forza 4? Or maybe the People who wrote those articles about Turn 10 having the rights to Ferrari were full of S.

For some reason i'm still holding on to hope that Porsche will force EA to allow Forza 4 to have a Porsche DLC car pack. It's supposed to be the official game of the ALMS racing series which has a whole class called GTC (Grand Touring Challenge). Which is a spec racing class based on the GT3 Porsche Cup car. EA at the very least should let them have Porsches racing cars. But that said it's still a great game.

With all due respect, it's not as easy to get a gun legally in the US as you think. There are backgound checks, age requirements for hand guns, and long guns to a lesser extent.
