Woah, Resistance 2 got number 5 in the top 10 software sales. Impressive considering it's an FPS. Maybe that Japanese ad won the Japanese gamers over. LOL
When Sony puts their minds into something, they really do it! The second ad is one of the best I've seen them do this gen.

Yeah, the PS3 does have some pretty great shooters, but I wouldn't consider the king of FPS. Don't forget about the PC. :D But still, a great selection of shooters nevertheless.
I would expect more from them. If they can advertise this game correctly, they can easily sell over 5 million since it's out on both 360 and PS3.

Actually, there was a 90-120 second install when you first boot the game.
I like the Coop too, but I wouldn't say it's excellent. It would have been great if Insomniac gave you a choice of playing that Coop, or single player co-op since most of the time you have allies with you.
