Absolutely. They're absolutely right. The game isn't perfect, yet everyone is fapping off to it all over the web. A perfectly executed PR and marketing plan, but are the big game sites to be trusted? That's for the readers to decide.
I don't think FFVIII was necessarily more "difficult" than 7. Any challenges in most Final Fantasy games can be overcome with nothing more than grinding, there's no real difficulty involved.
Still, some people had a hard time wrapping their heads around the draw system in 8, and I think that's where the perception of difficulty comes from.
The best you guys can come up with so far is "u fat fuck go on a diet"?
Really?

This is the update I've been waiting for since they announced updates back in 2008. Engie has always been my favorite class.
I cannot freaking wait. I want a robot! :D
This is indeed exciting news, and hey - one less arrow in the quiver of mac vs. pc warmongers :D
There's just no hope at all that it's going to be Beyond Good and Evil 2, is there?
Riiight, so this is totally irrelevant to you... so why comment? o.O
I'll admit, White Knight Chronicles wasn't on my radar until I saw this today. I had no idea there were MMO aspects involved. Seems pretty cool.
This is fantastic for travelling. I had a full, basically unplayable copy of WoW installed on my netbook, JUST so I could check auctions while on the road.
It's still compelling for veterans though. I'm excited about Cataclysm in that it seems that Blizzard is recognizing the fact that veterans are disenchanted with the decrease in difficulty.
The only sport game I ever played and enjoyed was Blades of Steel on NES, but after reading this, I'm really intrigued. I kinda want to see what the fuss is all about.
No, the Sab fix is a separate download

This is about as surprising as reading a headline "China harbors Wow gold farmers!"
The Dreamcast version of Ecco the Dolphin was absolutely phenomenal, and then let's not forget one of my favorite games of all time: Toy Commander.
Toy Commander was freaking brilliant.
