we have a wiiu in my house and sometimes the kids will whine because it isn't their turn with the game pad but they get over it when they remember the house has rules and they can either share and wait their turn or they can play sit in the corner and cry.
Too many parents these days let the kids run the show to avoid taking control and having a bit of a confrontation once in a while to keep them in line and behaving.
just my opinion.
Hi! id like to just say that your opinion: "it has literally nothing worth playing on it" is just an opinion. Now, I know it may be very hard to believe that there exists in this wide and absolutely huge world we live in people who actually have a different mentality, outlook, and way of thinking than you do, but its true!
I, for example, do not discriminate against any console. They all have their merits and I enjoy my wii U and have found a number of games worth p...
Hollywood, chill dude. all these things, how many consoles whatever company sells more, which ones you own, talk positively about, or metaphorically shit all over is not as important as you think. It's definitely not as dramatic and important as to use such hefty language such as "the impending tidal wave that is the PSX!!!!"
Just relax. like what you like, leave those alone to like what they like, and stop dreaming up weird scenarios and battles in the console...
you sounf like some kind of preaching maniac paying homage to your god. tone it down a bit, then maybe someone will pay attention to whatever it is that you yourself now understand.
yeah! if you dont use something, cancel it! why/ because fuck you, yeah?
so, are you guys the ones that watch a beer commercial and actually believe that if you drink a budweiser you're suddenly cooler, more popular, and extremely hot chicks really dig you? or that there is an actual talking gecko that really wants you to get car insurance?
shut up with your, "but but but that advertising doesnt reflect reality!" when does advertising ever reflect reality?
you have to understand, you cannot say anything positive or negative about any game or console or anything really on this site without being bashed by the flood of fucktards who see every comment as ammo in some imaginary war inside thier head between their favorite toys.
Those ranting children gamer fanboys are like vegetarians. How do you know an xbox, sony, or nintendo fanboy? Theyll tell you.
most of what you wrote in your little diatribe was incoherent so i stopped reading halfway through.
This isn't an article, it's a sony ad.
POP rocks is correct. ive been gaming since the fisrt NES, ive owned NES, genesis, SNES, PS1, nintendo 64, game boy, game cube PS2, wii, nintendo ds. some consoles ive skipped some i didnt. sometimes due to money issues, sometimes due to non-interest, and sometimes due to real life where i just didnt have the time to play as much as i want to. Ive played and mastered metric shit tons of games accros every genre, company, and so on. I do not consider myself a hard core gamer. Why? because peo...
as soon as you say "fake next generation console" the rest of your opinion becomes summarily dissmissed. You may not like it, and that is fine, but it is the console made by nintendo that has come out after the last generation console it has made and as such it is the next generation/iteration of a nintendo console.
Some peoples nonsense leads me to believe thier damn brains suffer from some sort of RROD
i have no opinion either way, but im curious how you know how a game feels having never played them?
I couldnt give a shit if all the platforms get it or its exclusivity. Why i am mad is because when it was a wiiU launch title i pre-ordered it. It was then delayed. So i took it off pre-order and ordered something else, no big deal. Then they say its coming february so i pre-order it again because i was looking forward to it, regardless of platform. 2 weeks before its release, when its known that its finished and ready to go, they delay it for another 6 months. Not because its not finished, n...
Maybe im too old, but when did the term "next generation" change its meaning from simply the next iteration of a companies console, to being based on what type of gpu and cpu a console has. For example, My father is from one generation, he has 3 children. One of those children grows up to be larger and faster than him, one is a little smaller and not as fast, the third is practically a twin. So, by a lot of people's reasoning, one kid is in the next generation after him, the ot...
exactly!!!! 3 million sold means nothing against 900k and 425k when your a blind anti nintendo wierdo trying to spin BS for whatever wierd resons.
to be frank, i wasnt really all that curious as to why you aren't going to get a nintendo console this time around, but thanks anyway.
I see a lot of people "defending" thier console of choice with a lot of metaphor, hyperbole, stats, sales figures, examples of games, etc.
Heres my thought: I bought a wiiU, im enjoying it, i dont give a shit if johnny fuckstick randompants doesnt like it or the games as it doesnt affect me in the list and i have no need nor compulsion to defend my toys.
Read that sentence again and replace "WiiU with: platstaion 1,2,3,xbox 360, nintendo DS, ...
river, your inablity to focus when presented with two screen is your problem. Doesnt mean its not a good idea.
in the bigger picture, GAME CONSOLES and video gaming in general are expenses that people don't even really need. Or, the Kinect bundled in every Xbone is an expense no one needs, see?
when you search for arbitrary reasons to purchase products that are arbitrary to life you can find an infinite number of reasons against purchasing whatever the item may be, especially if you seem to not really want it anyway.
simply put, you either want one or you don'...
