That "Pure" one is a straight b*tch.
They said since they are also reviewing the multiplayer, they are actually going to wait so they can get some upgrades going, and level ups to see how well the system works.
then again, I haven't looked anything up on it really. I just hear xbox fanboys bring games like this up when comparing the ps3's and 360's games. (even though it's multiplat? lol). Graphics do look nice though, but games these days are really showing us that graphics are only going to get better.
Edit: I watched the available trailers for OF2, looks ok, nothing amazing since it's all cgi trailer. We have all seen our fair share of cgi war game trailers. Anyway, if they want it ...
Games are an entertainment medium. Entertainment meaning, being able to interact, having music, or anything that may entertain you..like a story.
While I agree with you most of the time, you are wrong..yes..wrong..opinion..wr ong..lol xD
Seriously though, am I not right? Games are for entertainment..no matter what kind of entertainment it is, as long as its interactive (in a game sense..not like dvd menu lol)
I don't know which link to click on.
/sarcasm
EDIT: Lame
small pics are small..
I came,
oh, and I came again...xD
Lovely =]. Sad it wasnt longer, in the credits though there was a mentioning of "web content manager" and what not..hopefully translating to "DLC" lol.
I just bought flOwer so this article is fail.
I'd rather stick with my 320gigs. It also has a 7200rpm vs the slower 5400.
Looking forward to it. I also loved flOw.
Cover systems refer to shoot/hiding, while MGS utilized a sneaking system, based on stealth, yeah, you can ditch the baddies by finding "cover" and waiting, but it was more of a hiding spot, not a spot to give you cover as you shot back at them...I love MGS though <3
No, just sneaking, you weren't able to shoot until the second 1, and that was only peak out and shoot (left and right)
MM..that Lips game sounds good doesn't it?..lol.
I can understand how that game has a cover system, but I think they were referring to a 3D game >_<. Nice looking game though, is it freeware yet?
No mention of the ORIGINAL game that made the cover system. ALSO if Gears didn't have a cover system, it wouldn't be "frustrating" and w/e, it would be a completely different game, because devs aren't stupid enough to make a game where you NEED cover, without the ability to take cover. This is f*cking stupid.
For the most part, yes, but it's only because you can get good quality, with ease of programming. It really is easy. Because one does not have to model details with polygons, but only with texture mapping, it really cuts down production costs and time.

While the PS3 CAN pump out more pixel shaders, this is the thing:
RSX + Cell = can pump out more PPI (pixels per inch) with lots of pixel shaders than the 360.
Xenos...
everyone at Epic has an inferiority complex..new lightsaber? HAH! My ass.
I know what views you are talking about. I love it. Looks exactly like a camera on a real race car.
Anyway, thats not deferred rendering. Guerilla made their engine backwards in a sense, most engines (example, Source, UE3) have a global light, in which other light sources are added, then processed to create shadows. GG on the other hand, they created an engine that is based on shadows. They add light sources, and the engine processes the lights, so the shadows become more dynami...
