Massive too. He's visited them,
Battlefield 1 surely looks more genuine with its WW1 space marine armor level.
After playing 112 minutes, asked for a steam refund (my first one actually) and bought Doom instead.
@Alexious It's actually derived from the Far Cry 2 engine (Dunia).

or a horse :D
Everyone's putting the blame on EA but the only concern I had with this game is the pretty dull & boring gameplay/game design which put me off after a week or two, and imho, I don't think EA had much to do with that.
I don't know the context in which this game was made so I cannot blame anyone precisely, but as it shows the designers did a poor job on Battlefront. Maybe they had awesome ideas and EA made them play it safe. Or they decided to do that by themsel...
Funny thing is, the company was already named "Logicool" in Japan because there was already another company with the name "Logitech" there...
@starchild
Ubisoft has a long history of "downgrading", or at least, showing too early footage that doesn't look much like the final version (better or worse).
The funniest to remember now that Alien CM and Watch Dogs happened is the combination of Ubisoft+Gearbox on Hell's Highway before these. An early demo footage had some really cool ideas and elaborate AI, and some aspect were visually more impressive than what we can find in the final ...
From the last trailer, it looks more than just a camera being moved to the front of the eyes so I think it's pretty worthwhile.
I'm glad they're making the landmarks at 1:1 scale. I visited Florence after playing AC 2 and when I replayed the game after that, well they've recreated the cathedral really well in the game but they had to scale it down so it felt more like a toy house after visiting the real thing...
Would be named Edo if set in feudal Japan ;)
I liked the way crusaders from different countries in the first game would speak in their own language. Teutonic knights from Germany would speak in German, French Hospitalier knights would say "Tu périras dans les flammes de l'enfer" and Richard's men had their British, cockneyish accent.
This isn't a very "new" trailer...
Or Battlefield 4 for the wrong way...
I think they still lean too much on GTA mechanics like shooting, and thus would make it take place in the US (for the guns). If we could do even more awesome things with hackings, I think people wouldn't bother if they won't be able to shoot. I tried to play Watch Dogs using guns as less as possible, and when I was forced to use it it annoyed me.
For those disagreeing, I think he meant "how about we control a distant relative of Ezio in the next game" and not "Pierce is a distant relative of Ezio".
I don't agree with the documentaries part, I thought they were intersting. Frankly, if they're showing that it means that EA has nothing better to show about those games (some of which are highly anticipated such as Mirror's Edge and Battlefront so for me, even those tiny bits are good).
But I understand it is frustrating not to see more actual gameplay other than sports games'. I have feeling Ubisoft won't have much to show either beside The Division and ...
@daniel2115
You don't need a high end gaming PC, it's a source engine game with Call of Duty graphics. Mid-range PCs will still perform largely better than Xbox 360 and maybe even Xbox One.
Well, if you want to do the missions, non-violent options are still very limited (I'm not complaining about it though, a CRIME open world game would be dumb without it).
But that's why I'm interested in Watch Dogs, it's an open world game but you're more a vigilante than a criminal (so you don't have to be overly violent) and you have those many hacking mechanics. I can't wait to play the game by outsmarting enemies with hacking and draw my gun as ...
