What bugs me about the 24 hour thing is that apparently they expect people not to have any social life whatsoever. Can't leave home friday morning for work and get back saturday morning after a night out after work. Can't go away for the weekend. Can't have holidays.
Can't do any of those things without getting back and having your console blocked. Can't even be at home and just go "I'm not turning my console on today, i'm doing something else...
Why assume i'm lying?
I provided only facts, which are:
Platform: Nokia 3310
Game: Snake
Period: 2000-2002
I played the game a lot and beat it several times. Now excuse me if i didn't think it was such a big deal back then because it didn't take me all that much to do it except practice.
If you'd argue there are fundamental differences between my phone's version and other versions, that wo...
Where you fail is in the fact that d_dogg's comment, while being somewhat uncalled for, is fundamentally true while yours is not.
Demons' Souls hype had reached other parts of the world way before Atlus decided to publish it outside of Asia. The game started having a cult following early on and people from America/Europe started buying in droves the Hong Kong version which was entirely in english.
So it wasn't because of Atlus that people got to ...
I beat Snake multiple times on my Nokia 3310 12 years ago. I honestly don't see how this would be all that hard.
UK is in the EU, you know?
You do live in the EU.
"so yeah if you really want it go and buy ZOE HD"
That seems to me like a motive for them to lock this demo. If there are people willing to buy ZOE HD just for the fact that it contains a MGR demo, this demo now launched would sway some of those from buying it.
The business side of games ruins stuff like this for people.
I can.
I've been in them and yes, they're awesome! From the games we know and love like Street Fighter and Tekken to incredibly complex multiplayer mech games where each player gets inside a huge mech pod, a bunch of interesting card games like a football (soccer) game that looked like a blast to features like customer cards that you can insert in place of coins and that give special ways to play and to save your experience like with Tekken where you get to customize ...
I'm pretty sure they'll appreciate if you'd rather check it out without the rebellious/insolent attitude, dude.
Not quite the same.
Both of those characters were established from the start as outcasts or outlaws. The fact that they need to kill some people in their way is expected.
GTA doesn't really place us between moral choices, you already know that your character is a criminal and it's up to you to set how cruel of a bandit you are. The only major rewards are for being more immoral.
RDR has a moral system, your character is an ex-criminal ...
Getting a BJ from a prostitute, run her over with your car and beat her corpse with a baseball bat...
Inevitable collateral damage.
You can't. The writer is clueless.
This writer evidently has no idea what he's talking about. Almost seems like he watched the trailer and wrote according to what he saw in it.
Couldn't resist, I just had to...

SOCOM 4 leaderboards
http://www.socom.com/en-us/...
Check for weekly leaderboards and you get 32 people (enough for a full game), quite a few of them with clearly test names.
Unable to detect sarcasm?!
Also, being a bit of a grammar nazi here and just to let you know... (LOL!)
It's "no".
Honestly, i don't know how anyone can give anything other than a perfect score on durability to GT5. There's races, tournaments and cars that will take you thousands of hours to play.
That was actually my point :P
Nothing personal :P I thought the interview was a bit informal at places and the only reason for me to say what i did was that i think you led him a little bit, notably by agreeing with him and offering a view of your own.
Random *insert derogatory name of your choice* commenter
Some people always shout "pay to win" no matter how the game is set up but in Dust you really can't find anything that you can buy with money that you can't get just by playing the game for free. Every AUR (real money) item has an equivalent ISK (game currency) item.
It's a complex game so it might be a bit daunting or fascinating if you like that. They're still expanding on depth, more game modes and connection to EVE are needed but what is there is...
