-A second analog stick
-A gimmick (maybe a SIXAXIS function similar to the PS3 conroller, or that the PSP2 double as a PS3 controller)
-No need for HD-on-the-go, games can look good without HD.
-More quality games and less quantity, we can wait.
-Going download only will kill the PSP2, studies show that the majority still wants physical copies of the games, try improving upon the UMD.

Im still guessing it's CES 2011, TGS is more about games ( FFVSXIII & Agito being possible show stealers) and Gamescon is a little too early for a PSP successor reveal.
