Did you pre-ordered it online? If you did that's where it went wrong. Never pre-order from the gamestop website unless it is for store pick-up. They will put you for back-order if they don't have enough. While at the store they always have the right amount for reserves.
It could be becuase they ship international. I really don't know but they should include it.

From my experiences with working with gamestop I hated selling the gameinformer. In Miami you can't sell the game informer by itself. You have to sell it as the edge card and then say the magazine is a benefit since most of the demographics is hispanic and they are more prone to hear you out if you talk about deals than an add on. If Best Buy just offers a magazine then don't expect it to pick up in sales.

I work at gamestop and I am having a hardtime trying to get people to reserve reach. The biggest excuse I have been hearing for not reserving it is "it still looks like Halo 3."

I love my graphics, online, and my trophies. If it wasn't for trophies I would not be doing side quests or new game plus on my RPGS. Sorry but motion controls just doesn't cut it. Not only that but mario died with me with Nintendo 64. I remember having so much fun with Super Mario 64 but after that it was down hill for all mario games in my opinion. It also had to do with the fact that I was playing my PSone a lot more during that time.
