Right there with you. I was planning on getting it day one on XBox, but crap like this = wait.
Sign me up. I have four kids and very little "me" space. I wasn't even considering this game, as much as I wanted to, because of the nudity. I understand why it's there and I suppose it makes sense given the transhumanism approach, but my 8 year old doesn't need that at her age. I can use a headset to "filter" the profanity and now I o ow there's an "off" switch on nudity. Cool. Just earned one more customer.
What about the mp? I know it was a bit divisive, but my friends and I really enjoyed it.
I have a PS4 slim, and OG XBox One (Hand-me-down from a friend), an XBox One X (purchased when my PS4 Pro was on life support) and a Switch. While I’m excited to see what they’re all capable of, my current train of thought is to go with the All Access process and get a Series S (I don’t have a 4K/120hrtz tv). Maybe one day I’ll upgrade to a PS5 and a Series X, but for now, having access to all my XBox, 360 and XBox One libraries, game pass, xcloud and (to a far lesser extent) EA Play is wha...
Good call Darth. I was doing the math myself just minutes ago.
I plan on getting the S (eventually). I don’t have/don’t need 4K gaming and I already have an XBox One X. Including game pass (with XBL, xcloud and now EA in the mix) for only $10 more per month seems pretty good. My wife might even be ok with it, and she hates monthly payment systems (understandably).
I know my situation is unique, but xcloud in the home will be great for me. If the living room tv is tied up and the bedroom tv is too (I have 4 kids. It happens), then I can run xcloud through my phone or tablet and play anywhere in the house.
Now quick question: once upon a time They spoke of how your Xbox would be your own personal server at no extra cost. Is that still a thing?
The demo is only 30 minutes, but it is a 4 player co-op survival/base-building sim (the demo is sp). There’s a story about how you got shrunk and a mystery to solve of why it all happened, in between gathering parts, building your base/weapons/armor. You also have bugs to hunt. Some are hostile, some are not. There’s a nice feature called “arachnophobia,” which is a slider that allows you to adjust how “scary” bugs are. Spiders, for example, can be reduced to floating puffballs (basicall...
Welcome aboard! I did Xbox all access and got a series s, game pass ultimate for $26/month. Works great and I use xcloud when I don't have tv access.
