I think the point here is that interest is high for both consoles and people are pre-ordering where it fits them best. We'll see how well stock holds up once both are released.
Can't agree more. Console launches have always been rocky at best and Microsoft is just a laughing stock at this point.
Anybody who supports this day one and regrets it, you have no one to blame but yourself because we all saw this coming a mile away.
Typical corporate speak. They should start talking to their customers about this stuff instead of holing up.
They need to do more with the GamePad than just off-TV play. Also, the inverted tracks feature is nice, but I'd like to see a Mario Kart with more than just a single gimmick.
I have an Elgato Game Capture HD that works just fine with the Wii U, so I assume that's the route people will be going these days. Especially with the new consoles.
Honestly this is in Nintendo's best interests. Sure they can uphold whatever claims they need to make sure they're defending their trademarks and IPs properly, but let's plays do more to advertise Nintendo games than Nintendo themselves are doing at this point.
Glad they're finally acknowledging they have some problems they need to work out.
I don't think anyone will miss the Xbone name, as funny as it was. Microsoft Xbox 180 is way better.
Finally Nintendo admits they didn't do any marketing at all.
Still seems kind of expensive for a handheld that can't really be taken anywhere if you want to do serious gaming.
That's how I feel about it. I don't like all the controversy I see around the console, so I'll wait and see how it's doing a few months in before I commit to anything.
Right? I'm really looking forward to seeing this at E3.
Oh man, a game from Rare that isn't the normal Kinect crap? I'll be excited if that turns out to be the case.
Looks nice, thanks for these.
I like the fan logo, Sony should consider using it.
It'll be interesting to see how the sale of those figures is implemented here in the west, if it makes it over. It could be a great Skylanders competitor. Pokemon has more brand recognition and the figures are cheaper than Activision's figures.
Glad to see Nintendo giving him front star billing.
Pretty awesome!
Sounds like fun.
Looks like absolutely nothing is cross compatible from gen to gen for Microsoft.
