Wow, a website that will actually take some though into their review score. I completely agree with the change as well. I'm a big fan of COD, but seriously with all the sequels coming out this year it's kinda hard for COD to stand out without any improvements or innovation.
Thankfully for K-Mart coupons I'm getting both. But if I HAD to choose I'd go with Skryim, simply because that series has seen 1 game this gen and Call of Duty..ya
I actually never though about the comparison the author mentioned. Just Cause and Saints Row. Actually makes a lot more sense than GTA and Saints.
I wonder if any geeks got really pissed off about that LOL
Good, that's been the biggest problem in the series imo. I'm not gnna jump on the bandwagon and say I hate COD because I don't. It's Mp has always been fun for me and is one of the only online games that I can go back and play again and again and not get bored. Battlefield 3, Halo and Gears are some others, but games like Assassins's Creed, Dead Space etc. Eh
Kinda makes you think how cool Call of Duty might be in 3rd person. Whoever made this has some talent though.
Another perfect score. Really need to pick this one up. So many games to choose from! Idk what to pick! "Head Explodes"
BF 2143 would be so awesome on the Frostbite 2.0 engine. I hope they do that like they did 1942-1943, 2142-2143
I love reading these types of articles. Really makes you go back and think about how amazing games like this were in their time.
I miss the days when MP maps were simple. Battlefield has an excuse. But you can make a map look amazing even if its simple. I'm so excited to get to replay some of these maps in Halo Anniversary
OK, I think we've established this is old, but I've never seen it and I don't think a lot of people have since it was taken down at the time of relesse. So enough with the old we get the bloody point. Just enjoy the footage. Damn
Dude..that first explosion. Had my headphones turned all the way up, not sure if I can hear anything anymore, But who cares!

Straight from the article which I'm 99.9% positive you didn't read.
"However, the Playstation 3 version of Mass Effect 2 and now Batman: Arkham City are examples of exactly what should not be done with the liberty of an Online Pass, as it excludes a portion of the gaming community from what is advertised as the full experience. Believe it or not, there are gamers out there that are unable to connect their consoles to the internet, myself ...
Aside from the comments above me I see this in a few different ways.
1)Some people still pay for connections and only get a limited amount of downloaded information a month. Kinda like Cell phones. So the internet is only used for needs and not gaming. So if a gamer buys a copy of a game new they're missing out on the extra content they PAID for.
2) If its online DLC for an online pass so be it, but stuff that shouldn't need an online connection reall...
Is it wrong to be excited for a game?
On topic - I'm pretty sure the "beta" in those titles is just the beta version of a map. But even though 343 said there won't be a beta code with Anniversary I highly doubt there won't be a beta at all.
Either someones an expert at Sony Vegas, or that's real..
I tried really hard to like this game, but that didn't work out so well.
I sure hope so. Gears and Halo aren't going to cut it for much longer in my opinion.
Can't wait to get this. Whens the last time Gameinformer actually gave out a 10? Metal Gear Solid 4...I think?
I see both your points, In one way yea, changing a review score isn't the best thing to do, but if the score is a change based on quality I can agree with that. I'm glad at least some sites can back up their review scores. IGN for instance just makes those hate videos, why's everybody hating on us crap.
