The Division and Hyrule Warriors are definitely two of my most anticipated games. I just hope The Division turns out to be as good as it looks.
I'm always very dubious when watching game trailers these days.
I really never thought the PS4 would have any sort of dominance in the US. I thought it'd be close, but XB1 would win out. I am so happy to be wrong. Hopefully all of this negative press will slap Microsoft a bit and make them sort themselves out, provide a competitor to Playstation Plus which is actually decent.
The problem is, as far as I'm aware, PCs have never before had the advantage at a console launch. When Halo first came out, and when Halo 3 first was unveiled, the graphics were phenomenal, like nothing we'd ever seen. But now? We've seen better looking titles on high-end PCs, without mods. With mods things get ridiculous.

I'm really excited for Dragon Age Inquisition! The game looks stunning, I only hope the gameplay feels more RPG-like than action, more Origins than II.
GTA Online still has a long way to go to become truly enjoyable.

Hopefully a blow to Microsoft's US success will make them a little more generous with Games for Gold or something similar. Currently, Playstation Plus is the best deal in gaming, and it's understandable why Sony has won a lot of fans in the last year.
No-one will argue the "superior hardware" point, but "actual games"? Both the XB1 and PS4 have no essential games right now. When you're not being a raving fanboy, that much is obvious.

Hello Games didn't steal the show, it saved the show. No Man's Sky was the only reason to sit and watch VGX.
I've said it before, I'll say it again, indies are the ones that are pushing inventive gameplay, console manufacturers would be foolish to ignore them.

High console sales were going to be inevitable I think. After all, there are far more gamers now than there was when the PS3 and 360 were launched. Plus, the PS4 is the cheapest of the "next-gen" consoles, with a lot of good press since it's announcement, which the Xbox One certainly didn't have.
Still... I'm sad for my beloved Wii U... It's getting smashed about.
