I own both PS3 and 360, and I can tell you that this game deserves every bit of credit that it is receiving. It's one of the few games that I've played through more than once, and it is by no means a short game. Mass Effect 2 was one of the games that I was jealous as a PS3 owner, so I went ahead and bought a used 360 for it. Second best money I ever spent (my PS3 will always be #1).

We should all be thankful to Sony and Bioware for working hard at making sure Ma...

For 3D video chat there would need to be an incredibly high framerate. The PS-Eye doesn't have a very high framerate when chatting online with friends and family, (but I still love it anyway). Any online video chat, even Skype, has relatively low framerates which are much lower than what 3D requires.

I love my PS3 and it's an extremely powerful machine, but internet capabilities of even the highest performing companies (like RoadRunner) can't support online 3D v...

RockBand for PSP has some code within it to where after you play a pirated copy on a modded PSP and turn it off, it erases a crucial piece of code within the PSP custom firmware that allows you to play pirated games. When you back out of the game to the main screen then you can no longer play any pirated / downloaded games.

This is definitely something that Sony is capable of, but more than likely pirates will crack the code or patch a fix into the game making it available...

After majority of first adoption sales happen then pretty much all remaining sales are from word-of-mouth. Pirating games allows word of mouth advertising to continue long after sales have slowed down.

Good observation dizzleK. Bubbles up

Tritton wins. The Turtle Beach headset is pretty good for those on a budget, but if you want a much higher quality sound with a higher quality headset then the Tritton is the optimal choice.

They plug into the optical output in the back of the PS3. A small plastic cover needs to be removed from the cable before trying to plug it into the optical output, so make a mental note or you could render them useless by messing up the output.
I have the AX Pro set, and they really helped my gaming on MW2 for both PS3 and 360. When something is behind you or above you it can sometimes get confusing, but you get used to it. Totally worth the purchase.

I'm in the U.S. and I just downloaded it using my Euro account. They said first 100,000 to download it get it, but I'm thinking it will be up for a certain amnt of time. After everyone else in the US sees these posts they will go download it too, so hurry up my Euro friends.

I played the multiplayer from 9pm until 3:30am last night. At first the party invites would not work, so you had to delete all received messages, sign out of network, sign back in, and have a friend invite you. Kind of a pain in the ass but I was just happy to be playing the multiplayer.

Around 1:30 or 2am the invites I sent and was receiving all started working perfectly, so I can safely say around 2am there was some sort of fix implemented.

See you all on MW2...

bestps3themes.com

Just thought I would throw that one out there. No animated themes yet, but it's one of the few websites that updates their themes about once a week. Chances are if there are user created animated themes then they would show up there.

but once it gets to the part where he's fighting the big monster it definitely looks better on the PS3. Not saying that 360 has had it better more than once, but this time the PS3 has a slight edge. Really nothing that would take away from either experience you choose.

Figured I would give it a try. If it's not too expensive and it works well then it has potential to be a nice addition to my PS3.

In case there are fanboys that want to hit "disagree" just because I said "PS3", I occasionally play my brother's 360 when I'm at his house. whew..

At first I was hesitant to accept this new "system", but after hearing the speaker discuss what it is supposedly capable of I think I may give it a whirl. Still too early to tell how stable the servers will be and there hasn't been any mention of what it will cost for the TV add-on, but it is looking to be a strong addition to the gaming world.

Even though I have a PS3, I think it may be a good way for me to try out a few games that I normally wouldn't have access to...

I wasn't really impressed when I first saw the game a while back. After the most recent trailers I can honestly say that I am getting really excited about this game coming out. Great visuals and some need gameplay elements look to bring out some more muscle from the PS3.

Do you have nothing better to do than bash the PS3? I viewed your comments and found that 3/4 of them are all negative towards the PS3. How can you judge a PS3 if you don't even own one? Do you not have anything else better to do than say "My system is better than yours" or "that game has so many bugs" when you have absolutely no clue at all?? It makes no sense to me why you feel compelled to post this crap around a website for gamers when you are simply a fanboy.

Killzone 2 is one of the few games on any console I've been looking forward to for a very very long time. This one does look to be the next stepping stone in the advancement of videogames. Soon the PS3 will really get the opportunity to showcase its ability and I'm glad I'll be around to see it.

Too bad I haven't gotten into the Killzone beta yet, so I could back up my praise with some hands on experience. I just got the Home beta invite which is cool, but the Killzone 2 bet...

It has to be HOME. Hear me out on this one.

"The best things in LIFE are free." is clearly a reference to Second Life, and being free is what the PSN is all about. One of the major pieces to Home is how they've always stressed that IT IS FREE. Plus, they recently hinted that after updating to version 1.0 they would very shortly after allow it to be an OPEN BETA.

Seems like the logical answer, but here's hoping for a Killzone demo or beta.

These levels are the kind that help people to expand their creativity and imagination. To think this is only the beginning is kind of amazing. There's no telling what people will come up with in the very near future, and I haven't even scraped the surface to find out what this game is capable of.

So far the levels I've created have been very simple platformers and very straight forward. Grab here, switch there, swings and dissolve material. These levels are just light years a...
