I agree with you on the fact that yes, people do twist and pervert things for their own means and it definitely seems as though that's what the person in this article is doing. I just find that religion in itself requires a certain disregard to both history and truth.

A-Glorious-Dawn: My thoughts exactly. How can someone be so quick to dismiss the 3 character story as something that would hinder your ability to care for the character/s you are playing. Especially if the game isn't even released yet. How do you know you wont feel connected to all three? Maybe people should just give Rockstar the benefit of the doubt. They are doing what everyone wants in the end. Innovating.

The point I was making had more to do with the fact that people think they are somehow entitled to a certain ending. Whether that be an ending that reflected your choices more, or an ending that made them feel warm and fuzzy or whatever... It's all expectation. Just because you expected the ending to be different than it was doesn't mean you are 'owed' a different ending. I honestly don't get what all of the fuss was about. I've been playing ME since the first one. I did not mind the ending. I was just as vested in my character as I'm sure MANY people were. Could the ending have been different? Yes. Could it have been "better"? That's purely subjective. I think it was a suitable conclusion to the series. People just need to drop their sense of entitlement and suck it up. Move on.
