Why does a H4H promoting 'article' get approved? And 2 years too late as well.
If you want the Platinum, make a good level and earn it the proper way. 50 hearts is nothing. If you find making levels is too hard, then why should you be awarded the trophy anyway??
Even so, it's a lot easier than the Create trophy was in LBP1, which asked for 50 hearts. This is like the same thing as a level being rated at least 3 stars by 50 players.
What?! Burnout's damage isn't that great??? Have you not played it or something?
PS+ doesn't guarantee access to any and every Beta.
GT5 probably will be GOTY, but LBP2 deserves it more.
It regulkarly saves to the game data. From in-game you can choose to back it up to the save data, wich is where itsaves now. If your PS3 screws up or you want to transfer the save to a different user, you just copy the backup from the save data and import it into the game, which will then create the new save in the game data.
To be honest the only problem is that it takes a little longer to back stuff up. But if you care about your save enough that won't bother you anyway.
I'd hardly call it 'free' when you have to buy the Island to be able to get it.
I'm struggling to find where it mentions a new game in the job listing. All it says is:
"Media Molecule Ltd; a new independent studio working on a ground-breaking, AAA, PS3 title for Sony Computer Entertainment is currently expanding."
So I'm not sure why everyone is assuming this means a new game. Sounds to me like their just talking about LBP.
Who would need a guide for some of the easiest trophies on any PS3 game?
It's very unlikely it'll be LBP2. Even if Mm were already devloping it (which they most probably aren't, seeing how they're busy with all the updates for LBP), they couldn't possibly be far enoguh into the devloping to require a voice actor yet.
It's either the PSP version, some DLC that needs some voiceover tutorials, or... exactly as he said, a "second edition".
Or it could be something else that has nothign to do with LBP.
Even if it's in space it could still involve ground troops. It doesn't have to be just flaoting about in emptiness, there could be planets involved too. :)
If the game had 'failed', there would only be a few people still playing it, it definately wouldn't have sold over 1 million copies, and all of the levels would be rubbish.
Just because one journalist doesn't have the time to make a good level doesn't mean the game has 'failed'.
Very old.
"As EA points out, though, the Janesen 88 is the only car of the bunch that is capable of lifting off the ground with just a click of a button."
Wow, really? I would never have believed it! Who would have thought that was the reason it cost more??
Oh wait... everyone did.
Do MTV really need EA to point that out to them?
You download the cars in the free 170mb update, but that's so that everyone can see them when they go online. Just because we have actually downloaded the cars for free, doesn't mean we should get to drive them for free.
It's the same thing with LittleBigPlanet costumes. Everyone downloads them with the free updates, but to be able to use them you have to pay to unlock them.
Barrel rolls... and everything else.
Why are they taking away all the challenge?
A few hours after playing through the MGS levels on Christmas Eve my save progress stopped saving. Deleting some old levels and most of the community objects sorted it out, although I have heard that this doesn't always work.
Seems to a be a mix-up - LBP is coming to Lumines, not the reverse.
Completely agree with you Milky Joe.
Mario can be made in LittleBigPlanet 2.
I guess that answers the question. :)
