Agree on Valkyria Chronicles being the best on the list, but it's more than $12.99 new. The link in the article takes you to the Valkyria Brady Guide at Walmart. The cheapest I could actually find online was still under $20 however ($18.89 at Gamerzoutlet.com).
I believe the list was alphabetical. Alan Wake isn't necessarily the #1 most anticipated game.
