If it were up to me I would start with Fallout first only because of the huge amount of gameplay that comes with a Fallout title.

I would say most of us are in favor of the visuals actually :-)
I agree, and also remember this title is coming out for 3DS so not only are the graphics ok looking in the SS's but they will also be in 3D :-)
If you take the time to read the section regarding Batman you will notice the author states that it is not coming out for some time..
