That would mean that Sony was literally paid alot of money, to not only let go of one of their in house developers but one of their owned IPs. Really that shouldn't be a question, maybe something lower on the "Sony Owned" ladder.
I often times think people can't get anymore ridiculous in the gaming community, I am often times proven wrong. I understand, they essentially lied about not putting FFXIII on the 360 in Japan but they want more exposure, they're greedy, they're a business.

I still like the WWE and I still respect it, as for the games I'm done with them I've played from Smackdown-SVR 2009. The only reason why the WWE is the way it is now is due to the backlash of the media, which spawned from the deaths of Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero and Brian Adams. Now they have to pander to the young 4-12 year olds.

to be honest Ninja shouldn't have a problem making them look good and they definitely shouldn't have a problem with making this game look good on the PS3 since developed for the console already, they like Insomniac (especially Insomniac) but they both look the same but this is will always be meaningless.
I really don't think this is going to win GOTY, realistically speaking. Even though it's a quality racing game but how many racing titles have won overall GOTY?... I can't tell you, this will probably win a lot of technical and Sound awards but not to sure about game of the year. And that's not a bad thing if it doesn't.
