Labor unions aren't corporations. They're exactly what they say, a UNION of TEACHERS which together hold more bargaining power than any individual teacher. The administrators of these teachers unions make pennies compared to the Private Schools which are lobbying (read: bribing politicians with large sums of money) to impose school choice. Tuition for these Private Schools is dictated by the CORPORATIONS that run them. Each one is bound to make billions of dollars if school choice bec...
"They are corporate America"
"Democrats kill school choice"
Pick one, because school choice IS corporate America.
Yeah let's get rid of all laws that protect minors! Legal drinking age? 5 seconds after birth. Age of consent? As soon as they start talking. Cigarette advertising aimed at kids? Go for it Marlboro!
The responsibility should be on parents to watch their kids 24/7, preferably by locking them in the basement to protect them from the world. My tax dollars shouldn't be wasted on paying lawmakers to make laws! I mean what is this, some kind of democracy where our elected...
With everything going on at Activision and Blizzard, I'm surprised they even set a deadline. It seems like we should expect most of their games to be indefinitely delayed until their employees are comfortable coming back to work if they ever do. That could be days, but it could also be months.
So sad how many neckbeards are on here dismissing a legitimate problem that is rampant in various workplaces, not just in the game industry, as nothing more than "woke" culture. I wonder if the world will ever be rid of that toxic mentality.
As opposed to? I feel like they're trying to take a jab at Microsoft but I don't know how effective this point is. Are they trying to say Microsoft NEVER worked with Bethesda or Double Fine or Obsidian before acquiring them? So these huge developers just put their game on the console without any interaction with Microsoft?
This is the worst kind of circlejerk article. They know it'll get upvoted to high heaven on N4G and it's working.

A PC with the specs required to surpass the performance of an Xbox Series X would cost at least 3 times more than the XSX itself though.
I paid $5 for the family subscription with 6 other friends. I agree that the online stability isn't the greatest but for that price I'm not expecting much. Nor do very many of their games require the best online experience.
As someone who plays Gears 5 regularly, I honestly didn't even know this was a new campaign. I saw the notification for Hivebusters when it released but it looked like it was just an update to their existing mode, Escape, which not very many people play. It wasn't until a few months later that I found out from some YouTube video that it was a brand new campaign. So, if anything, it was marketed completely wrong and that's why not as many people have played it.
It's free for Game Pass subscribers.
Yeah it's weird how every time anyone mentions Halo or Perfect Dark coming to Xbox SX, someone always has to point out that they're not coming this year so they don't count, yet when discussing PS5, there never seems to be a problem including God of War Ragnarok and FF7-2 onto the list even though neither of those is coming this year either.
Neither console has gotten almost any new games in the 6 months they've been out but Sony fanboys seem to be in denial...
You've clearly never even touched Game Pass if you think there aren't AAA games on there already. Unless you somehow don't count Grand Theft Auto V, Battlefield V, Nier Automata, Outriders, Star Wars Squadrons, Hellblade, the Yakuza games, Kingdom Hearts 3, Monster Hunter World, Red Dead Redemption 2, Halo, Gears of War, Dragon Quest 11, Doom Eternal, Rainbow Six Siege, and the Wolfenstein games as AAA games for some reason. And those are just the ones I can think of from the top ...
I thought the Quartering was well known by everyone to be a far right extremist. I only watched like 2 videos of his about 4 years ago to instantly pick that up and never watch any more videos. Dude is clearly angry at being slighted by some woman in his past and has never moved on.
Very impressive mental gymnastics. 9/10
I literally responded in this comment section to one of the people I got into an argument with in a previous article about the Nintendo Direct being a disappointment. Look them up: Vanfernal. Same person saying we should blame our high expectations for being disappointed in State of Play was just a few days ago saying Nintendo doesn't care about its fans for not showing what some were expecting.
I'm not gonna compare and contrast which people commented on both artic...
Agreed. The people defending Sony for showing a single new game yet bashing Nintendo a few days ago for not showing certain first party titles demonstrates how toxic Sony fanboys are on here. Sony showed none of their big IPs yet this was somehow a great State of Play compared to Nintendo's Direct which announced a handful of new games, some from their biggest IPs.
Quantity matters when quality is subjective. What's good for you isn't good for me. But in Nintendo's case, at least they had a handful of brand new games announced for people to potentially be excited about whereas Sony showed a single new game.
And yet the Nintendo Direct had no official statement going in and you seemed to have some high expectations for them. I don't know what the difference is here other than you clearly being a toxic fanboy because this was a very spars showing of games from Sony (only one new game announced) yet somehow you think this presentation was phenomenal over Nintendo's which had a handful of new announcements.
Where was this excuse about setting expectations from Sony fanboys a few days ago during the Nintendo Direct?
I completely agree. The game really isn't as bad as people make it out to be. It just feels like they aimed too high and created a mediocre game, while hyping up a masterpiece.
In terms of gameplay, it's a solid game. Stealth is a little wonky at times, but it doesn't have any issues that most 3D stealth games like Deus Ex don't also suffer from.
In terms of story, it could be better. Starts off really strong then kind of loses focus and t...
