It's nice that the series is getting some love, but I have to hold my hype. The reason for that is beamdog has only remastered other developers games. Sure, the remastered were well done but copying/updating another's game, and truly creating your own from scratch are two incredibly different things.
I'm thankful for all of the people in my life, even the ones I find a tad grating. I'm thankful I was finally cleared and able to build a PC for my boss. He was beginning to detest Windows, but it was actually the hardware not the OS holding him back. Seriously dude thought Photoshop CS6 would run like a dream on an e-machine... -_-

A title in development similar to the likes of Catherine and Dragon's Crown??? Those are two wildly different games. I would love to see another title with the themes that were introduced, and done damn well, IMO, with Catherine. It was a personal fav last gen for the story alone. Hell I'd pay $10 for a downloadable game with the type of puzzles it had.
It's really hard to describe PS Nows pricing model. At a glance it seems damn expensive if you already own a PS3. At another glance as long as you don't own a PS3 it seems reasonable. Coming from X360 to PS4 I never had a chance to play some of the PS3 exclusives.

A truly nice gesture, but if the game becomes successful how much does Epic gain financially? I'm only asking as the game does use UE4.
Working Designs. Not necessarily a developer, but they were a great localizing team. While their translations weren't close to the original script.. it was the special care put into the script that made the games all the more alive.

Supported in the first couple of days. The concept is great IMO and the demo really helped cementing that. As a PC gamer the one genre that we're really missing out on is the JRPG so this was a no brained for me.

To me it's the sense of self-discovery that make me excited when I read Metroidvania.
I'm pretty sure an i5 ivy/haswell will suffice. I really haven't seen any PC game take advantage of hyper threading yet.
