I dunno, maybe he is telling the truth. Leading up to the tokyo game show, someone asked him if the keynote there would hold any interesting surprises, and he said no. During the keynote literally nothing happened, they just re-iterated what has already been said earlier to the Japanese spectators. I was actually really pumped to maybe see some of the games Sony's studios are working on, hopefully we are getting trolled.
I'm seeing a lot of complaints about "paying extra for games you already own". Don't look at it as, "I own GTAV, I don't want to pay for it again." You're not paying for it again, you're paying a subscription fee for a whole library of games, some of which you might already own.
