Wal-mart was including 2 months of Sling TV and some Vudo movie codes with their Switch per-orders, so I also doubt it.
If the Switch is a 9th gen console, that would mean it's on par with the Xbox One and PS4.
That's terrible. I'm hoping the subscription cost is pretty low, at least half of what XBLG or PS+ cost since no games are being given away with the service.
I'm thinking Fire Emblem Warriors will be, they announced that there will be a Nintendo direct on the 18th that's based around it.
According to their site
"Subscribers will get to download and play a Nintendo Entertainment System™ (NES) or Super Nintendo Entertainment System™ (Super NES) game (with newly-added online play) for free for a month."
We've been hearing rumors about that one for a little while now and with games like Pokemon Conquest and Tokyo Mirage Sessions, it doesn't seem too far-fetched to me.
Actually people have already started with the petitions, I can't say that I blame them for trying, the game looks really good.
@zidane1341
I got mine a little bit after launch and the only new games it launched with was Forza Motorsport 5, Dead Rising 3, Killer Instinct, Ryse and maybe a couple small titles. Going by rumors there will be 3 new Switch games for launch and there may end up being more than that, that's not a huge difference. And who's to say that these Switch ports won't look vastly superior to the Wii U versions?
I don't get it, the PS4 and Xbox One launch certainly didn't have many new launch titles and they too relied heavily on ports (Ports without added content), but I guess it's only a problem when it's Nintendo?
If it was easy it wouldn't be fun and some of them were simple, so it wasn't too hard to get at least a couple entries.
Speaking of new Xbox One owners, if you didn't get Assassins Creed: Black Flag from GWG a while back here's a code for it if someone wants it.

It can run Skyrim on the go.
It doesn't help that their new console is about to release for possibly less than what the Wii U's currently cost and has enhanced versions of some of the Wii U's better games.
You're thinking of Overwatch?
@Krangs_Uncle
"3/5 games that you were given this month have already been given to PS fans"
Considering that Xbox only gives 4 games out each month to gold subscribers, PS+ already having 3/5 of this months GWG games isn't possible.
No new Batman game though. =(
The word console applies to both. You can argue that it's not a home console, but It is a console either way. Handhelds are gaming consoles.
I believe he's going by the rumors that claim that it will be a launch title. We know that that Bethesda is working with Nintendo: "We are pleased to announce our partnership with Nintendo and support of the Switch."
Despite allowing Nintendo to show the game in the trailer, Bethesda didn't want to confirm it just yet, but they also didn't deny that it was coming to the switch. I'd say it would be the safe bet that the game will be there.
@wonderful
Well it's rumored to have a IR sensor to use in place of the touchscreen when playing on the TV, but I agree with you I don't think it will play 3DS games and Nintendo have already stated that it wont.
@sk8ofmnd
That's probably because they wanted to make up for it selling so few units and the loss that they were selling it at for a little while in the beginning. It wasn't the same case with the 3DS, hopefully not for the Switch either.
