Been booth sharing with nDreams at a few of the cons this year, got to play this game a lot, so much fun. Shame I don't have a VR headset to play this on
The 8600k is an i5 dawg...
Shame it's just gonna be a mobile game though...
Sounds good, though tbf, I haven't played Life is Strange in a long time and when this comes out, I would have completely forgotten what Chloe sounded like, if she was a bit more different, I probably wouldn't notice.
Damn, quite looking forward to this, the only AC I wasn't a fan of was Unity though, so I may be slightly biased.
@iNcRiMiNaTi - ah nice, I didn't realise that! Thanks :)
@letsa_go
Yeah, of course it isn't for everyone and it isn't too dissimilar to the above mentioned gameplay and mechanics wise.
I guess the biggest differentiation would be that it is 100 players in a 10-20 minute match. You don't carry any weapons over match to match, which I know happens in the others too. While other games have you facing wildlife or zombies with other people being dangers on top of that, Battlegrounds is pure PVP.
Let me drive some Tractors man!
I suck at it, but still, it is crazy fun.
Playerunknown is a modder, who made Battle Royale style mods for other games.
He made this game, which has up to 100 players being dropped off onto an Island with nothing but clothes. You have to find weapons ammo, gun mods, armour and other supplies and compete in a last man standing battle royale (or last men standing if you go duo or squad mode). The map starts restricting player size after a time with an electric field closing in, forcing player encounters.
...
@MonChiChi - it would be so rad haha, especially if Terry Crews does end up voicing him!
Doomfist, punching his team mates better?
Man, 3v3 is so fun, but that Antarctica map can get a wee bit repetitive.
Lol, I wondered that myself. I don't use it to save upsetting someone, but apparently it's fine now.
'I hope Terry Crews plays me in a movie' made me laugh. Seems like such a nice guy.
Oh nice, thanks for the info man, I'll definitely head on to arcade mode and check it out!
Liara for life.
If you put an embargo on, so no reviews are out until day one, that, maybe isn't so bad. But this? A lot of people like to read reviews before they make their mind up about buying a game. Oh well, guess they'll just have to wait a bit.
I haven't played much of OW's arcade mode, I should probavly give it a go.
Had a lot of fun playing this yesterday, look forward to the full release!
