I use the review-score when I'm on eBay buying 'older' games and to re-read the reviews. It will always give an indication if it's in the 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 range.

don't forget, like in Belgium, lots of school hold exams (mid-terms ?) that go from begin of december till the 20th of the month.
Most of the students can't play on their console or buy games in that period.

Wow, they really have to be using some 'quality parts' in their 'next gen' consoles... cheap cheaper cheapest broken. Next year you get a free 360 with a pack of potato chips.
BTW, I guess 1/4 of the XBOXes are replacements for the RRODs and people who buy 2 or 3 to have at least one working to get through the weekend.

In Belgium we had the TV-ads and in all the stores I've visited (Fnac, Dreamland, Mediamarkt...) all the demo-PS3 had LBP advertisement (including small flyers, carton boards..).
just calm down, wow, I'm just curious for the new OS: how it looks how it feels... not that I'm going to sell this pre-beta (who would want to give money for it anyway...).
It's always possible to make it for the 360.
Like it's possible to make a PSP version...

June’s release of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of The Patriots proved to be a significant PS3 hardware seller.
it's the games selling the hardware, so keep them coming...
PS2 owners really must feel the lack of new games coming out only for them.
Readers of OPM (Belgian-dutch) were complaining about the missing reviews on new PS2 games because most of the descriptions were about the PS3 version. The editor replied that only LucasArts had given them all the versions so they could describe the differences.
The disc coming with the magazine has changed to BluRay (thx OPM UK ?) :-)
some other manufacturer should bring out a decent DVD-drive...
oh, and a decent motherboard...
oh, and a good cooling unit...

I guess we could indeed see it as a case mod, like W S K mentioned to skip the discussion about who created this mess...
It could put SE and their FF-series in trouble:
if the quality of FFXIII on the PS3 is NOT being pushed to the limits because they have to work on 2 versions and the fanbase wont buy it.
if it doesn't sell on the 360 as expected.
imho they risk a lot with first taking the bloodmoney from MS and then letting them smack it in the face of the PS2/PS3 owners.
I really think it's rather the way it has been announced than the fact that 360-owners can...
we could turn this around...
