It looks like they changed the camera aspect ratio as well if you look at the bottom new screen it shows more of the building on the left and the top screen shows more of the tops of buildings at the top of picture.
In regards to TLOU part2 I think they can improve the game play but the big concerns is the story ,it's a lot harder to recreate magic moments the second time round because we are no longer entering into a world and meeting characters for the first time . I felt like that with Bioshock 2 and it wasn't helped by a slow start but around 2hours in the magic seemed to resurface , almost opposite happened to me with infinite enjoyed it up till the alternate reality schtick.

Your 360 selling better than Ps4 software isn't backed up if you go through the charts you will see titles like destiny watch dogs and many other cross gen titles outselling the 360 by large amounts.

About optimization yes,you just have to look back over the history of consoles with their fixed specs to see how games improve over time, but those improvements are due to a host of things not just optimization like new or improved API's ,software tools,and we must not forget improved game engines.

The truth is Sony wanted to use a custom cell approach for both the cpu and gpu but couldn't get it to work . so they went to NVidia and knowing about the pricing problems with MS made it so they licensed the tech and gained any cost saving from future shrinkage themselves rather than being stuck like MS paying the same even when manufacturing costs dropped , and it wasn't that long ago that the head of NVidia praised the Sony partnership how things change , still the real reason SOny...

Time doesn't stand still a hurdle is just a fence to be jumped over and AMD has a road map for it's APU's coupled with DDDR5 unified ram direction called HSA and that solution is what the PS4 will use to overcome the earlier issues.
what people don't realize is AMD developed a road map for using APU with GDDR5 in a unified memory called HSA and it is the basis for the PS4 memory setup .
