common guys, give him a break. I know his titles can be a bit off but as a owner of both consoles i understand where hes coming from.

in my opinion ps3 did have a great year in 2008
for one they had a better exclusive lineup then 360, in terms of ratings and quantity

it really depends on how you want to look at it
if you want to look at it in terms of sales, yeah it was 360s year, but if you want to look at it in terms of overall ratings and exclusives i believe it was ps3's year

I agree with you, however, isn't it sony's style of business to always improve on their products through iterations during the products lifespan? thus the ps1 got the "dual shock/2 analog stick" controller after being out for a while and then getting slimmed down with the psone. also, the ps2 had constant improvements in hardware where they would rework the innards of the ps2...

i can play gears halo and left for dead on my pc, so technically if gears did win best game for xbox, it wouldnt be considered an exclusive
