Some multiplats do run worse on pc than consoles, they seldom look worse though.
Kinect is crap, Move is outright sad, and Wii is what it is --- the best seling console this gen.
COD is one of the best fps series ever. It's certainly better than Halo, KZ, Resistance, Crysis etc. HL is the best fps series, CS is the best MP fps.

I thought the game looked very good, though there are some rough edges, comparisons to the top graphical powerhouses seem futile. What killed it for me was the abysmal lag. No Crysis, I don't want to play with people half a world away, stop matching me to them.
The game was fun though, more fun than... other high profile futuristic shooters... Might have bought it if I wasn't tired of shooters.
