Nintendo publish a lot of third party games like metal gear solid twin snakes, that's why its not on hd collection, resident evil 4 (nintendo Europe) obviously the ones mentioned, they published all rareware games before Microsoft brought them so I don't think it the risks probably the money they said they want maximum profitability on software so getting license money and publisher fee is a big chunk of the money made.
