I could be wrong but wasn't one complaint about XIII was linear and no open world. This looks a lot like Kingdom hearts never seen a world map in that game just a stage select screen. Seems like we get KH anime style soon and cartoon KH3 after.
If you had a generator chances are your internet would work its only the modem and or router that needs power. pick up your phone next brown out.
