It was very upsetting to say the least but it was free so I can't complain too much. Plus on their twitter (ufcxboxlive) they announced a free upcoming ppv for our troubles.
As far as paying for one in the future? That depends on how well they work out the kinks between now and the next free one. I won't pay for one until I get to try it when it's fully functional.

Drake is not a deep character and there is nothing "genius" about it. UC only gets lauded for it's story and characters because it's a game and in the gaming world it's an exception. Put UC's chacters and story up against any half decent book or movie and you'll clearly see that gaming is still in it's infancy although progress is being made.

My ps3 got turned on by accident earlier this week because my dog walked on my remote.I haven't played a game on it since I traded in UC3.
Those ps3 blu- ray remotes are really sensitive.
It' because they aren't that great compared to everything else. A wide selection of average games. Third party titles alone this year prove that.
At first I wondered why you'd think I was joking or would disagree twice. Then I remembered this is a ps3 peanut gallery and went on about my business.

Sony: Put out lots of games that weren't that great imo. PSN debacle really sucked.
Microsoft: Their first parties were better, multi-plats as usual run better, better online and friends that actually play games because they buy them instead of posting lists. They made great strides in improving online as well.
Nintendo: Few releases but really go...
They give away games and points as well. I'd rather have that than a whistle or a hat.

I still don't get what everyone is raving about. The trailer they showed was your average trailer at best. Diablo III's trailer was far more interesting. The Last of us wasn't anything special.
I think most of it is fanboy hype. ND fanboys are some of the worst so we'll hear about how awesome this is until it comes out and we find out it's average-like most ps3 games-and n4g will cry. I got burned on UC3 so I'll wait until this ones out in in the hands...
