It needed more. We waited too long just to see a 30 sec of actual footage. Although the game looks great and seems to have a lot of potential, I know nothing about it. It's hard to wrap your head around it after seeing so little. I still don't have a feel of what it is yet.
Mario Maker? They could have gave it Zelda, Smash, Bayonetta 2, or Splatoon... but Mario Maker?

It has a slower clock speed to prevent over heating, just like ps4/xb1, but it does more per cycle. Core for core Wii u's cpu is better than even ps4/xb1, let alone ps3/360. It does have 5 less cores than ps4/xb1 though.
I agree, but I think a big reason some games don't sell is us Nintendo fans just like different games than ps and xbox fans. Yea, there's going to be overlapping in some areas, but for the most part we have our type of games like, gameplay focused, over the top, retro, j/rpgs, party, Japanese, exclusives, and fighting games. Different strokes.
Both plus a booth. Stage for new stuff. Open with Zelda; close with Metroid. Direct for new news on old stuff and 3ds. Booth with demos of Smash, Bayonetta, and X for gamers and media.
I miss duck hunt too
