It would depend the gamer and what they want out of the game. If you have no interest in Toy Story 3 you wouldn't get this game anyways.
Nothing amazing, but it's def a fun little title that fans of Toy Story will enjoy.

Still have my launch 60GB PS3. Buying a remodel of a current console isn't worth it unless they add something to justify the costs. If you have a big enough HDD and a wifi adapter on your current 360 then this model doesn't offer you anything new.
If you find a good trade-in deal going on, then it's worth going for to offset the investment price.
Doesn't seem worth it if you have a 360 already.
It's a great series and glad the PSP is getting another RPG.
