What people have to realize is that PSN didnt get hacked because it was a free service. Its because of all the battles that Sony has had with the hackers in the past. So its only normal that the attack the network.
I always enjoy backing up my claims with evidence and i shall prove that even if you pay for a service it is still liable to get hacked.

I am not surprised at all because of how much better the hardware of the 3DS actually is. It seems to me that they were pushing the game a bit 2 much on the DS.

Just getting PSN back up and running with an increased level of security is more than enough for me.
You might as well pay for the air that you breathe. Because on PC at least i am paying 80€ a month for broadband and i dont want to pay any additional fees to pay multiplayer. Anyways you insulted me and i am going to have take a bubble from you.
I saw specs which i dont know if they are real or not. But they seem to be about the same as the 360. Its still a triple core system with 512MB of ram that uses DVD9 so while it may be stronger than the 360 it wont be twice as poweful. Maybe it will be 1.5 times as powerful but not more than that.
BTW it hasnt even been announced yet so all that we are hearing about it could be a bunch of bullcrap. It could just be a Wii capable of outputting HD content with a new controller...
I had a hands on experience with the 3DS. Now while having a 3D screen isnt groundbreaking it does provide a nifty experience. But even if the AR tech does work well with the 3DS i know for a fact because of the NGPs stronger hardware it will be able to do it better than the 3DS due to more processing power.

This is about 360 preorders not the PS3´s. Oh plus here in Spain its Uncharted 3 thats in the top spot for preorders. Just letting you know that not the whole world is like the US.
Its Microsofts turfs so i am not surprised that Gears 3 is in the top spot for preorders.
I can imagine that it will do the same thing as the Wii. Piss a lot of people off due to its controller and in the end shutting those people up by proving them wrong.
I hope they improve the quality of the controller though because the Wiimote felt cheap.
Just take your time Sony to improve security. We would all appreciate it. And please dont start charging us for multiplayer when PSN comes back because i believe in you for stating that free multiplayer was part of your philosophy.
After reading all these article i still dont see a reason for trading in my PS3 for a 360. If i did that i would miss out on a ton of fantastic titles plus i would have to go back to paying for multiplayer. Which is something that i dont want to pay for because i believe that if its free on PC and Wii should be free on consoles as well.

While the tech does seem nifty. It isnt anything new this is just like the AR tech from Invizimals where they use cards to make characters appear out of nowhere. The AR tech that i have seen from the NGP and PS3 is a lot more impressive than this. Start the party has some pretty cool AR tech and the dino from the NGPs conference was impressive as well.
I am pretty sure it was an inside job. A pissed off employee allows a hacker into the system to wreck it. It could be just as easy as opening an email and installing a trojan.
From what i have seen from the specs. The Wii2 is just slightly more powerful than the 360. And to me at least it doesnt warrant a 350€.
But then again if it comes with a HD Oled touchscreen controller than it might be worth the price.
Right now its a terrible time to buy a 3DS. Because theres a small library of games plus the NGP is comming out this holiday season. What a smart buyer would do is wait until the NGP gets released and then decide between the 2. I am doing that but i am 80% certain that i will get the NGP.
I believe that its quite bad. But not as bad as the media would make it seem. The media stated that tons of people had their money stolen from their accounts due to this issue when it most clearly is false.
This was to be expected. But i dont think they will be able to win this lawsuit though.
