Even God loves Slayer...
Or a Halo of Gears...
Umm....did anyone actually read the article or has everyone just wetted their keyboard with drool...or something else.....
That sounded so, SO wrong...
"Top 10 Video Game Endings"
So why are there 11 in the article...?
What I don't understand is why most people think that by installing a game to a hard drive that there will automatically be amazing graphics in-game. Maybe the install feature WILL come in useful for developers later on to utilize and take advantage of, but for now I think people are getting too giddy for nothing.
If I'm not mistaken, does the install feature not just mean faster loading times and not necessarily an improvement in the graphics, AI etc? I think a lot of it has to...
The first trailer looked more like single player, whilst the second one (The one with the mech) looked more like multi player.
Wasn't expecting 9/10...For a movie-based game, that's a really good score!
I didn't really find Bioshock all that scary, to be honest. What made Bioshock eery to me was the city of Rapture itself- the destroyed and lonely places, the ruined shops, damaged homes and broken people etc. The whole dystopia aspect freaked me out more in Bioshock as opposed to the "something-jumping-out-of -nowhere" side to it (Though, that did freak me out as well!).
Not another Graphics comparison video....
Does anyone actually PLAY games any more or do we just like making comparison videos every time a game comes out...
If true, that would be awesome. I suppose it makes sense- Oblivion came out two years ago, so there would be a four-year gap between it and the next game, which was the same length of time between the release of Morrowind and Oblivion: Morrowind came out in 2002, Oblivion 2006.
I agree and disagree with the decision to not be able to kill children. I do acknowledge that a child cannot defend themselves from attack as well as a adult can (Some might disagree, but MOST children can't...). On the other hand, they are still Human- in what way is killing a child any different to killing an adult? It's a moral dilemma (In my opinion).
Don't get me wrong, there's no denying that Gears of War 2 looks good graphically but it looks too much like Gears of War 1. Is this a limitation of the Unreal Engine 3, the graphical or disk capacity of the 360 or both?
At the start I saw some buildings in the distance pop-in. Nothing major and considering this is a Beta, I don't think it's much to worry about.
There is NO WAY Too Human is as good as Bioshock. Bioshock had everything: an engrossing story, innovative game-play, interesting characters and narrative and not to mention looking absolutely fantastic.
"Severs"? What are "severs"?

What about Guild Wars...?
Makes you wonder whether reviewers are just jumping on the hate bandwagon for the sake of it or what exactly Silicon Knights were doing for 10 years...
If the machine was properly designed and built in the first place it wouldn't have this continuing problem. People have every right to be annoyed. If your computer, tv, ipod etc. kept braking down you'd be pretty annoyed and wouldn't find it acceptable, so you'd complain. Why should the 360 be any exception? People expect quality, and have every right to. It's Microsoft's fault for rushing to market and ultimately releasing a product they clearly didn't test or spend any time on making sure i...
I don't think the 360 is necessarily showing its age in the graphics department. Yes, I do think that upcoming PS3 games look better than the 360's (If only slightly, though they'll probably improve over time) but I don't think that's a major problem.
The major problem for the 360 is the use of DVD, which just doesn't have enough space for current games. DVD was OK back in the days of the PS2 and the Xbox because the games then were not as complicated/sophisticated as they are n...
I'm sure it works a bit, but I'm skeptical about whether it can (Or should) replace the old-fashioned going-outside-for-a-run way of exercising.
