what developer is giving away a year or so worth of work for free?

clearly more than sliders (2 tweets) its funny you try to say downvote away like you are right and know it when in reality...
when you relly on F.U.D to spread misinformation and worst case scenarios anything can look bad, heres a few examples we heard lately where people stretch the truth.
-3 ps5 games are on ps4, therefore all of them will most likely be on ps4 too and they are just not telling us
-spiderman has a free ps5 upgrade and a paid one, that means all other updates from sony will be paid too.
clearly a stretch based on nothing but personal opinions and what ifs with zero proof...
its much more than just that, while other games that give a free upgrade give you 4k 60 fps, ray tracing and less loading, spider-man offers much much more, even skin, eyes and hair get better, the upgrades are very noticeable and took much more time to make.
people are here like they dont let you play the game you bought back in 2018 on ps5, you can, its just it wont have all these updates that took weeks to make (much more time than simple resolution and fps bumps), yet people thin...
going from "we are looking into puting more playstation games on pc" to every single game will be there eventually is kind of a stretch dont you think? They also said their focus in on consoles.
playstation has and will have games you can only play there unless stated otherwise.
what are must have updates to you? immersion with haptics and 3d audio, fast loading, 4k in this game is easy to achieve (not sure on fps) and they have better graphics, its just pointing its not by that much. what else were you expecting, i dont see much use for adapative triggers and thats the only thing they arent using.
yes, we had 3d audio, haptic feedback and adaptive triggers before on both ps4 and xbox one

he said it was rdna 1, then next day changes its tune and it is rdna 2 with more features but with "maybe" has one less feature and from that you say its facts? he went from its true to it may be, nothing from that seems like facts to me, not that you would know what facts and opinions are, you use your feelings as facts.
arent you contradicting yourself? that link says only high end rdna 2 use ray tracing, you know something already confirmed to be in most ps5 games?
mark cerny confirmed it rdna 2, not only that but a custom build, how did this person confirm he works for playstation? maybe the dev kit had a version 1, but cerny clearly states more than once it is rdna 2, if this person doesnt work for sony or has wrong information, either way if sony doesnt confirm its not rdna 2 dont believe it.
we've had our share of "people in the industry" downplay ps5, with heating problems, ps5 is only 9 tflops, no hardware ray trac...
for how little he added to immersion you could put it all on the title here, good for clicks i guess.
he talks about immersion that gets so much better with better frame rates and lower latency, but you could do that this gen, if xbox wanted better immersion, better 3d sound and controller should be the focus, that is much more immersive than 60fps on more games and less lag you might never even notice at all.
did you read the article? i wouldnt call better frame rates and less latency "next gen" you could do it this gen, that doesnt give me better immersion playing games, not like we were playing lag filled games before.
came to say the same thing, did they do the right research or assume everything coming to pc are coming to series X by default?
isnt she a ex ratchet and clank writer that left begining of this year?
how is that "developers are happy with p*orn", quite the stretch
"console power" doesnt come from tflops alone, a site comparing one part alone and using a fake 9,2 tflops from ps5 that came from rumours? and pushed as facts from people who want ps5 to fail. yeah totally fair comparison you did there
smash brothers slogan isnt gotta catch them all and fighting games need to be fine tuned so that no one is that much better than the other, pokemon is all over the place.
taking advantage of "super fans" making them pay 60 bucks for a what should be 10 bucks DLC isnt right.
on your other point i talked about it too, there are exceptions, i didnt play that game to make sure how much better it got, but i'll take your word for it. the new people who didnt bought it before and do so now its great for them sure, but most of these games do mislead people who already bought the game to think these games are almost all new content when the new c...
i never cared for these "second versions" of games, they almost always add next to nothing and let you believe the changes are so big it could not be a dlc expansion on the game we already paid full price for, i wish people were more vocal about these kind of games to send a message this isnt alright, will it change something? probably not, but thats no reason to say nothing. this reminds me of how little the "3rd versions" of pokemon games change and they still expect ful...
they cant just delay or change things in that way, they have to follow the release dates of anime and tcg of trading card games, im pretty sure if a delay or reboot would fix it they would do it, nintendo is fine with delays as long as the end product is great, sadly with pokemon you cant just do it or as easily as people think.
remember the games on 3ds or switch gives them less money than the actual TCG and anime does.
next-gen upgrade and remaster are completely different things, a next-gen upgrade is made within days (a guess) while the spider-man remaster was made in almost a year, can you tell why one is free and the other not?
remasters have different trophies so the console itself treats it as different games regardless of same name, can you link saves either way? not sure.
if you think its such a issue dont buy it, you get a free version on ps5 if you have spider...
