IF you have played this game and hate it, then your response is worthwhile, if you haven't then shut up because the controls are just fine and I had a blast playing it. As long as the motion controls are used in tandem with the buttons(hand brake) then there are no problems with the controls. Game Republic is one of the few devs that can make the SIXAXIS worth using, they nailed it with Folklore and this game as well.
I have played both of the demo's, on disc and downloadable, multiple times now and have never ever had this problem. I don't know why people try to pass this off as credible.
Everybody can speculate all they want but the truth is nobody knows. Bioware says it will be 360 only but EA can now change that, it may be a year or two away but if the game is selling like crazy on the 360, EA will bet the same thing will happen on the PS3. This is hands-down the best PS3 game I have bought so far and graphically superior to almost any other game available for the PS3 and maybe some 360 games. The enviroments are sharp and corlorful and the story is a good enough mystery to keep you playing. This game is not an 'RPG' it really is more of an action game with RPG elements. Buy it, you will not be disappointed.
This guy's an idiot. He needs to buy a new computer or better software because it has never taken me 16hrs to rip a dvd, even on my three year old gateway. The 360 sold 2,953 the week ending prior to the release of Halo 3, they sold 4,604 units the week of. So there's your 158% increase in sales. Hardly that much of a system seller if 70,000 copies of Halo 3 were sold. A system selling game would have moved at least 10-20,000 consoles in a region like AU where the prices are very high. You need to learn how to read numbers, especially ones from VGChartz. Hate on the PS3 all you want and say MS doesn't "need" Japan, but they need all territories to buy there systems. The only reason that Toshiba has an HD-DVD player that is affordable is because it doesn't support 1080p res., or 7.1 Audio. The HD-A2 or the A3 which are the affordable players are not TrueHD. If you want a 1080p HD-DVD player you have to buy a higher end model like an A20 or XA2, and those models still don't support 7.1 Audio. Those two models are between $299-$499. I have this game, had it yesterday and stayed up all night playing it. Got past level five also, the controls are pretty easy going, the problem is the analogue sticks move camera and that is the only problem. The game really deserves a 8.5 and when the people who bash this game can learn how to really play video games and use a controller then I guess their comments will have some merit, but I doubt it.
It would make more sense for it to be on the PS3 since Tetsuya himself said that all their visions can be realized with the PS3.
